There are many variables in a Commercial Property Purchase.
We will need the following information for the initial application process of a commercial loan:

• Estimated value of investment property and purpose
• Social Security Number(s) (all investors — for credit reports)
• Employment information for the past two years (all investors)
• Residence address information for the past two years (all investors)

• Gross monthly income information (all investors)
• 30 days of most recent pay stubs (all investors)
• Two years W-2s (all investors)
• Two years of Federal Tax Returns (all investors)
• Photo Identification (required by the Patriot Act) (all investors)
 

Additional items that may be required (applicable to specific mortgages or scenario)

• Two years of Federal Tax Return and W-2s
• Two months most recent bank statements
• Proof of reserve funds
• Most recent statements of any investment stated on application
