• Estimated existing mortgage
• Social Security Number(s) (for current credit report)
• Employment information for the past two years
• Residence address information for the past two years
• Gross monthly income information
• 30 days of most recent pay stubs
• Two years W-2s
• Photo Identification (required by the Patriot Act)

Additional items that may be required (applicable to specific mortgages or scenario)

• Two years of Federal Tax Returns
