We will need the following information for the initial application process
and pre-approval on a conventional purchase:

• Estimated pre-approval home value
• Estimated existing mortgage and home value (if applicable)
• Social Security Number(s)
• Employment information for the past two years
• Residence address information for the past two years
• Gross monthly income information
• 30 days of most recent pay stubs
• Two years W-2s
• Photo identification (required by the Patriot Act)
 

Additional items that may be required (applicable to specific mortgages or scenario)
• Two years of Federal Tax Return and W-2s
• Two months most recent bank statements
• Proof of reserve funds
• Most recent statements of any investment stated on application
